Terms & Conditions


  1. We, The Coffee Mill Debbie and Rosie, Ltd., (the “Company”), do our best to serve our online  customers in the most reliable and professional manner, keeping their best interests, and requirements, as our top priority.

  2. Communication with the website is encrypted, using a security protocol; payments are processed in accordance with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) standard.

  3. Please read and accept the Terms & Conditions before purchasing any of the products online. Making a purchase indicates that the customer has read and accepted all the Terms & Conditions and has no claim or demand against the Company unless any provision of these Terms & Conditions has been violated.

  4. Purchase on the website requires you agree and accept all the Terms & Conditions.

  5. Buyers must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid credit card in their name.

  6. To complete an order quickly and efficiently, the Buyer must fill in all the required fields, including email address and phone number (preferably cell phone) so we can contact them if necessary.

  7. The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the prices, and to remove, change or add items, without prior notice.

  8. The Company may change and update the Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion.

  9. All the information on the website, including text and images, are the exclusive property of the Company, and cannot be copied or used in any manner without the Company’s written permission.

  10. All images of the products on the website are for illustration purposes.

  11. The prices on the website include VAT (value added tax).



Order of Products

  1. A customer is bound by the order placed once they receive confirmation of payment for the order.

  2. The Company does its best to supply your order as soon as possible and to ensure that all products that appear on the website are in stock. In the event of a problem or if a product is out of stock, the Company will notify the buyer within 3 business days and offer a replacement product or, alternatively, cancel the order.

  3. Any error in an online purchase will be the responsibility of the buyer, unless the buyer proves otherwise; the burden of proof lies solely on the buyer.

  4. The Company does not guarantee availability of products in stock on a constant basis. Should a buyer purchase a product not in stock, the Company must notify the buyer within 3 business days  of the order confirmation (not including Saturdays and official holidays), and the Company shall not bear any liability whatsoever for this. In such a case, the buyer shall be entitled to replace the order with a different product, or to receive monetary reimbursement for the purchase (insofar as the buyer was charged for the order).

  5. Should a Company representative mistakenly supply a product the buyer did not order, the Company will cover the costs of collecting the wrong product and of the delivery of the requested product.


Supply of the Products

  1. Products will be dispatched from the Company’s warehouse within 3 business days (not including Saturdays and official holidays); in the case of a delay, the Company will notify the buyer.

  2. The supply process will be initiated only after the conformation of payment by the clearing company.

  3. It should be noted that the Company uses external delivery services selected according to the standards and service-level agreement that meet our requirements. Nevertheless, the Company cannot be responsible for delays in delivery of the products that are due to circumstances beyond its control.

  4. Delivery Times: The delivery company commits to 5 business days throughout the country, and 7 business days in Eilat and in Judea and Samaria – providing there is telephone response and delivery can be coordinated.

  5. Delivery fees, if any, are in addition to the cost of the order and will be charged according to the customer’s choice of the type of delivery.

  6. The delivery fees listed on the website are only for delivery in Israel.

  7. In the event of force majeure, including computer, electricity, communications and phone malfunctions that make it difficult for the Company to deliver the order on time, buyers will be able to be fully reimbursed and cancel the order without further cost.



Return & Cancellations Policy

  1. Customers who change their mind about an online order they placed, and for which they have received payment confirmation, will be charged a transaction cancellation fee (see section 6).

  2. Cancellation of a transaction requires advance notice in writing 14 days from the day of receipt of the product; the customer must confirm by phone that the notice was received at the Company.    

  3. Ground coffee cannot be returned. Whole coffee beans (not ground) or coffee products can be returned only in their entirety, in their original packaging, and must be unused.

  4. Products may be returned to the Company only by return delivery; in the event customers decide to return the product, they will cover the cost of, and be responsible for the delivery.

  5. A used product cannot be returned.

  6. Customers who cancel a transaction (even if they have not yet received the order) will be charged cancellation fees of 5% of the transaction.

  7. In addition to section 6 above, customers who cancel a transaction that has already been dispatched will be charged the full cost of the delivery, NIS 30, even if they were not charged for delivery in the original order.

  8. Products can be returned up to 14 days from the day of receipt of the order.

  9. Returning products after 14 days or returning a product that has been used will be at the discretion of the Company and according to the conditions set by the Company.  



Method of Payment

  1. Payment for products sold online can be made using a legal and valid credit card and/or via a clearing company of the Company’s choosing.

  2. Credit card details will be provided either by entering them into a PCI standard compliant secure clearing interface according to the requirements of the credit companies, or in a telephone transaction, giving the details to the Company’s representative.

  3. Any other form of payment must be coordinated with and authorized by the Company’s representative.

  4. Should the customer enter incorrect credit card details during the process of purchase, the Company will not be liable for any delay in the delivery of the product to the customer.

  5. Improper use of credit cards, or provision of false details, or unlawful use by a third party, allegedly constitute a criminal offense and the Company shall not have any liability whatsoever and the responsibility lies solely with the customer.




  1. In the event of a fault and the product is defective, it will be replaced with another or similar product without any further cost to the customer.

  2. The Company will do its best to supply products of the highest quality to the customer, however, the Company’s liability for compensation or indemnification will, in any event, not exceed the amount paid for the purchase in question. 

  3. Jurisdiction: Any disputes relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jerusalem.


Privacy Policy

  1. The Company employs the most effective safety controls in all our communications with the customer and in the purchase process to protect, as much as possible, the confidentiality of the information.

  2. The website team commits to at all times maintain complete confidentiality of the identity of the customer and the payment details.

  3. The Company commits to not make any use of the payment details, except for purposes of the purchase the customer requested.

  4. The payment details are not stored on any of the website’s systems.

  5. All communication via the website is encrypted by SSL protocol; orders paid by credit card are processed via a PCI Compliant Payment Gateway, according to the strict requirements of the credit companies.

  6. The customer’s account is protected by a username and a password that can be recovered if necessary using the email address you signed up with.
